Why do my hands and soles of my feet hurt?

Check blood sugar. This could be a sign of abnormal blood glucose levels - these symptoms may be due to the diabetic neuropathy.
Need more info. Are you diabetic? Have you been checked for diabetes.? Is the hurt a burning, tingling, numbness or sensitivity? Are your hands and feet swollen? I would say see your doctor for further evaluation.
