I have trouble sleeping at night. It feels like potential ghosts messing with my sleep. Tips?

In brief: Some ideas...
...To help with sleep involve improved sleep hygiene.
To achieve this, try to go sleep and wake up at the same time every day (including weekends), avoid things that can significantly alter your sleep patterns (alchohol, drugs, caffeine), exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime, and keep stimulating things (tv, computer, cell phone, video games) out of the bedroom. Don't worry about ghosts!

I agree with Dr. Lizarraga. If that doesnt work, try using large crystals and pray before going sleep. Picture white light flooding the room. Ask for protection as you sleep. Many people come to me with this issue. After doing these measures, they usually get can a good nights sleep on a regular basis. Ghosts approach those who can see/hear them. If you can help let them know.If not, ask them to

leave. They will if you state this firmly and mean it. Your will is very important and determines how they respond. Good luck.
