In brief: Coordinated care
It is vital that all the health care professionals treating you are coordinating their services.
I am not sure what type of eating disorder you have but if it is anorexia nervosa, it can be life threatening and you may need in patient care if your body weight gets too low. Psychiatric meds may aggravate your diabetes. Phobia of weight loss is rarely seen in today's society.
