In brief: Scare,nervous,uneasy
There are several types of anxiety, but the common thread is a sense of fear, nervousness & uneasiness.
If such feelings are chronic & elevated, affecting the quality of your inner & outer life, therapeutic intervention would be recommended. Any good therapy includes an exploration of such diagnostic questions + the promise of regaining a sense of inner peace, safety & calm. Wishing you well!

In brief: No easy answer
This would be something you should start by discussing with yuor family physician and then possibly a mental health care professional.
Everyone has anxiety, what makes is a disorder is when it starts to interfere with your ability to function.
