In brief: Tell someone

Find someone you trust and say something.
Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying.

Train teachers and supervisors to recognize and intervene in a crisis. Engage pta . Attend to issues of the 'other'. Help to destigmatize seeing a counselor and then perhaps a psychiatrist. Engage student leaders and help to empower them and when possible befriend stigmatized student or employee.
