Pap smear went from normal to large hgsil cin3 lesion in 1 year. It causes painful heavy periods. Leep or hyst? I have no desire for more children.

Follow advice of Gyn. Your gynecologist is the one who can guide you best. I doubt if the cervix lesions have anything to do with heavy periods. So handle these as 2 separate issues for the sake of treatment. I would say hysterectomy is not indicated for treating the cin3(it can be manged with leep). I had a Pap smear that came back as HSIL. Did colposcopy and biopsies. One biopsy came back as LSIL and one Normal. Having a LEEP. Does this happen?

Quite often. The lesions on the cervix do not affect the whole cervix uniformly. Do follow your doctor's instruction for repeat PAP tests carefully. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
