In brief: No cure.

Like most illnesses that we humans are susceptible to, asperger's is an illness that can be managed, but not cured.
Other such illnesses are high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, etc.

In brief: No Cure

There is no treatment that will "cure" asperger's syndrome.
However, there are a variety of non-medication therapies that can help people to improve their communication and socialization skills, which are usually impaired in asperger's. Also, medications are sometimes used to help deal with other problems that are often seen with asperger's (anxiety, ocd, adhd, for example).
