In brief: It can, but ......

It can, but you need to see your pcp for further evaluation and to rule out more serious issues, like a brain tumor for example.

In brief: Yes

Yes it can, i would recommend drinking plenty of water and try using saline nasal spray, decongestants, over the counter pain relievers, and possible antibiotics.

In brief: Yes

Triggers for migraine are many.
Infection and the pain of sinusitis can certainly trigger a migraine. Speak to your doctor about how to handle this the fastest.

In brief: Yes

Sinus infection can cause headaches (which can lead to nausea, vomitting), dizziness, this is because of inflammation and possible fluid build up in the sinuses, however if confusion gets worse, this needs to be evaluated.

In brief: Sinusitis

It can cause migraine and dizziness, but confusion i don't think so, just feeling crummy that may cloud your thoughts a bit.
