How can you get orthotics insoles if you are 13 and don't want your parents knowing?

In brief: Talk to your parents
I would not be ashamed or have any cause for anyone to want to hide something such as this from your parents.
As a minor you would have to have a parent with you for a physician prescribed pair or orthoses. Good over the counter brands that you can find at sporting goods stores include superfeet or spenco.

In brief: Shoe store
Running stores have a wide selection of inserts, though they can be expensive.
Also may not be appropriate for still-growing feet. Why are you concerned if your parents know? They are no less natural than wearing shoes.

In brief: Underage patient
Laws vary state to state but in general you need your parents for consent to treat any medical condition.
Now if you want to go to a pharmacy and step on a dr. Scholls machine you may be able to get an over the counter orthotic for foot pain. In general, if you are having foot issues you should talk with your school trainer or pediatrician in private rather than self treat. Maybe need new shoes?
