Ttp can involve many different organs.
One can have renal dysfunction, fever, altered mental status, low platelet counts and hemolytic anemia. These signs can lead to symptoms of bleeding, bruising, petechiae, confusion, anemia, fatigue, and possible jaundice among other things.
