In brief: Chlorhexidine.
This is a prescription mouthwash with the best antibacterial fighting properties.
Causes some mild tooth staining which can be removed with a cleaning.

The tooth paste and/or mouth rinse has not little o not effect unless you are practicing a good oral hygiene. I would spend on a good electric toothbrush

In brief: Perio Protect
Go online to perioprotect.
Com and learn about a much more effective way to control the bacteria than with toothpaste and mouthwash. On the website you will be able to locate a dentist near you trained in this technique. It will not eliminate the need for other therapies, such as cleaning the tartar out that has formed on the roots of the teeth, but it will really make a big difference for you!
