In brief: Toothpaste!

Obviously a tooth brush, Fluoride toothpaste, Fluoride mouth wash and floss would be a good place to start.

In brief: Way of life

Think good health.
A soft bristled toothbrush, floss, and a lister ine mouthrinse are basic. Milk products for calcium for bone health, and green vegetables for gum health is important. Gum like trident with sorbitol and xylitol should be chewed to help prevent cavities and finally a visit to your dentist to explain how to use the total package together.
