In brief: Maintain oral hygien

Ideally, you should have a thorough exam before your pregnancy and have all your treatment done.
You should continue your normal dental exams during pregnancy. Xrays are safe if not during the first trimester. If you have a toothache it should be addressed during the pregnancy. If you have minor issues, they can probably wait. Impeccable oral hygiene must be maintained during pregnancy.

In brief: Normal

Regular dental hygiene and dentist visits are fine for pregnant women.
Poor oral status can actually cause pregnancy problems such as premature labor.

Normal home care, brushing and flossing.
But first get a dental check up and treat any problems that are discovered.
