Tingling sensation in my left arm?

Try moving. Most commonly in your age group, paresthesia in the arm is due to a positional and temporary nerve compression which resolves with movement. Is this true for you?
See a neurologist. If symptoms have persisted for weeks or more then see a neurologist for probable pinched nerve. Emg will be warranted.
