Will be traveling soon and get severe motion sickness, dr gave me 25mg promethazine. I take 20mg lexapro (escitalopram) is it safe to take the phenergan as needed?

Not from what I know. The possible risks of it mixed w/ Lexapro (escitalopram) are serious. Irregular heart beats that can be lethal are rare but possible. Common problems are dizzy, faint, queasy feelings and more. Be careful and balance your need with the risks.
