In brief: At 23 wks..safer now

Most birth defects occur during period of organ formations (organogenesis), usually during first trimester. Most antidepressants have categoryc labeling, meaning animal studies show some risks, but no human trial avialable.
At 23 wks, birth defect from these meds are unlikely to occur, but some side effects etc... Consult your doc..Depression can adversely affect pregnancy... Good luck to you.

In brief: Yes, talk to your MD

The risks of antidepressants in pregnancy are generally small (but include persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn and ssri withdrawal) and should be weighed against the risks of depression during pregnancy.
Of course, paxil/paroxetine is a no go for pregnancy. Sertraline/zoloft is a relatively safer option since very little of it goes into the breast milk. Talk to you providers.
