Possible pelvic mass had total hyst with removal of fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix and ovaries. Should I be worried?

I would say. Get a confirmation. Sometimes a bit of ovary can remain, its called ovarian remnant. Its not likely to be cancer, in fact this is very low probability. Good luck.
Need evaluation. First is to confirm whether it is trully a pelvic mass and importantly then if it is confirmed to find what it is. Some imaging- i.e. Ct scan, ultrasound should be done and ultimately biopsy should be in the order.Besides reproductive system, we also have bladder, colon, other soft tissue and musculoskeletal , lymphatic organs there etc. Need further eval.
