In brief: Features

Feeling extra tired is a non specific symptom. Headache, stiff neck, confusion, difficulty holding a conversation and fever would be usual early infection symptoms.

In brief: Severe illness

If you have amoebic meningoencephalitis you will not be able to do much.
You are going to be severly ill- with high fevers, headaches-severe, altered mental status/unresponsive, some other neurological problems including seizure can happen, neck stiffness etc. Not just feeeling tired and a bit lack of concentration. You however should go to see md and check your CBC and iron level at least.
