Got frostbite on wrist from ice pack two days ago. Doctor treated it and sent me home. Still geeks numb and is red. Is this normal or should I go back?

Please see a burn surgeon or a plastic surgeon. They are used to managing these types of injuries.

In brief: Sounds normal

Sounds like you got a true thermal (cold) burn to to your arm. As such, the tissue needs to heal and can remain pink (assume not fire-red to indicate an infection) and had some tingling.
