In brief: Tyloenol

Try and stick with tylenol (acetaminophen) which has been considered safe for a long time during pregnancy.

In brief: Technically yes

Suggest taking tylenol (acetaminophen) instead.
Technically it is ok during the first and second trimesters, but suggest avoiding if possible. During the third trimester it is contraindicated as it can close off a bypass tract which is essential for fetal blood flow.

In brief: Not recommended

If a pregnant woman is having pain tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to take.
Advil or aleve is not recommended during pregnancy except in special circumstances. Sometimes advil is given to treat premature labor, or treat an acute painful muscle, but only under a doctors supervision because it can cause issues with the fluid around the baby. No advil or aleve can be taken after 32 weeks at all.
