In brief: No

No, but if it is not bent it may not need any treatment.

In brief: Not to my knowledge

When a bone is broken, how it heals depends on the relationship of the two or more parts.
When the nasal bone is broken there is almost always displacement of the broken bone. The nose therefore heals either crooked and/or with a bump. Fixing this requires surgery and then a splint.
