In brief: No

There is no cure but there are treatments which help with symptoms.
There are also treatments which help with prevention of further deterioration of joints. There is no cure but the treatments improve quality of life and prevent further damage.

In brief: A few options

There are a few things you can do to help with your symptoms.
You can do therapy, exercise and rest, use devices to protect the joints, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(these include aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, and nabumetone), prescription nsaids include arthritis medicines such as celecoxib, shots of corticosteroids, methotrexate, injectable biologics, or surgery. Hope this helped :].
