Does drinking tea and lemon help me lose weight?

Food Myths. Nope. There is no weight loss properties with tea or lemon. If there were billions of people would be thin.
It may. It is more likely that you will lose weight if you substitute non-caloric drinks (eg. Unsweetened tea or lemon water) for a caloric drink (eg. Coke). By themselves, tea and lemon have a diuretic effect (the former more so)--weight lose from these is purely water weight.
