What foods make you most likely to get gallstones?

Lifestyle & diet. Lifestyle & diet are important--10% incidence of gallstones in western world, much less in black africans & eastern world (unless adopt western diet). Highest with low serum hdl/high triglycerides (watch your fat intake!), higher age, sex (females 2x more), obesity, deficient fiber use. More stones also with cholesterol-lowering diets (high in unsaturated fats), Cholestyramine & Clofibrate use.
