Mouthwash. I am not sure what you are asking, but some mouthwashes can cause sensitivity, especially if they contain alcohol. Try an alcohol free mouthwash. You may be more comfortable.
Secondary BMS. Secondary burning mouth syndrome may be caused by anxiety, depression, GERD and using mouthwash too often can be a factor, but not the cause. Sometimes, eliminating the factors that may have caused secondary burning tongue syndrome can help.
Watch flavoring also. The flavoring in many mouthwashes could cause a burning sensation. Try staying away from mint flavored and cinnamon flavored mouthwashes. Alcohol free may also help.
