Can you burn the fat from a fat transfer or just your own original fat?

In brief: Fat absorption

The fat that has been transferred to a different area of the body can loose volume because some of the fat can be absorbed in comparison to native fat.

In Eight years of doing this procedure to the buttocks especially I have not noticed fat disappearing more in the transferred area.

When you augment one area of the body, you are placing a greater number of fat cells in that area. Fat cells in your body get larger with increased caloric intake and smaller with dieting. If you loose weight, the area to which you had the fat transfer will also lose some volume. However, since there are more cells there, the relative decrease compared to other areas is significantly less

In brief: Yes,

The fat transferred is still your own fat and will respond in a similar manner as it did before the transfer.

In brief: Yes, both

When you lose weight , you will essentially lose fat everywhere according to your genetic patterns.
It is nearly impossible to lose fat in localized deposits.

In brief: Yes

The transferred fat can easily be lost just as the rest of the fat in ones body if enough weight is lost.

In brief: Fat Transfer Change

Once fat is transferred it will behave just like the donor site fat and will shrink with weight loss.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking.
There is some resorption of the fat when you transfer it, but we account for this before transfer. You will look swollen for 1-2 weeks, but it will come down. Afterwards, you will look fantastic. Best regards, nima shemirani.
