Is coconut water a natural laxative?

Agree w Dr. Lipton. Due to it’s osmolarity, coconut water is used in some tropical areas to replace fluid losses due to diarrhea. It contains potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc & manganese. Coconut water is not a laxative.
No. Coconut water is an effective electrolyte replacement and should not cause a laxative affect.
