In brief: Acne is complex

The cause of acne is elusive and so is the treatment.
I am not aware of any natural cures other than avoiding food which may precipitate an attack. Lasers are not typically used for active disease but more for scarring. "ilght therapy" may be effective and so is pdt with ala.

In brief: Prevention

Treatments to prevent acne are more effective than treatments to treat acne scars which are usually extensive and complex.
Some lasers are offering reasonable improvement but acne scars will not disappear with treatments that are currently available.

In brief: How to cure scars

There is never a way to cure a scar; we can only make it less noticeable.
I am unaware of a "natural" scar cure other than tincture of time (which really does amazing things for most scars) so i can't comment on a "natural" treatment. My granny got great results rubbing cocoa butter into scars. But if time and massage don't help, then discuss with a plastic surgeon which treatment will help.

In brief: Laser

Lasers are very effective for scars, infrared and blue light work well for active disease.

In brief: No cure

Acne is a chronic disease which affects 80% of the population.
There is no cure but there are many treatments available to help keep it under control. These range from otc products, prescription topicals, oral antibiotics, birth control pills, anti-androgens, Accutane (isotretinoin), light and laser treatments, photodynamic therapy (pdt), microderm, glycolic and chemical acid peels.

In brief: Many options

If recent scarring, be patient and they will gradually fade and improve.
When healed, you can seek consultation with local dermatologist who can advise what type of treatment options you have. I would suggest getting at least two opinions before deciding on the treatment path.
