In brief: Nitrates/tylenol

Eds pts should avoid nitrates when using eds drugs such as viagra.
Children are usually given tylenol (acetaminophen) based on safety over many years. However all forms of analgesics can be use in children depending on the circumstance. All doses will need adjustment.

with the caution that in children aspirin is typically avoided because of a rare association with Reyes syndrome, a neurologic disease seen following some childhood viral illnesses

In brief: Drugs that Raise BP

You should however make sure that you don't have high blood pressure -i would even try to keep it on the low side even if normal.
Might also want to consider using supplements high in sulfur which is an important element of collagen. There is no evidence to support this use, however, msm, for example is extremely inexpensive and also may help with cartilaginous deterioratio.
