In brief: None
An abscessed tooth (or any infection) is a serious situation which if left untreated can cause serious complications and can even be life threatening.
There are no home remedies to cure the problem. Otc pain medication and salt water rinses are only temporary measures until you see your dentist. You need to see a dentist immediately for antibiotic coverage and definitive treatment. Period!

In brief: Vanilla extract
You can put vanilla extract on the abscess.
This may help. However, a tooth abscess can quickly become a life threatening medical condition within 1-2 days. See a dentist or an oral surgeon for treatment asap.

Doing warm salt water rinses are a good way to help drain the abscess but you will still need to go see a dentist ASAP to have tooth treated correctly

In brief: Need a dentist
Only a dentist can determine if it is abscessed and if it is, you would need some antibiotics.
After that you are going to have to do a root canal or extract the tooth because the infection will come back.

I agree......it is very important that you see a dentist. You can die if it is left untreated.

In brief: Salt, brushing
Applied salt and brush the area to establish drainage and reduce and swelling and thus will give you a relief.
After a while, an abscess tooth will undergo pulpal necrosis and pain disappear, though drainage will remain and a cyst will form slowly and painlessly (over years). Establish drainage with salt only treat the symptoms, not the cause. Root canal is the treatment of choice.
