In brief: Baby not crawling 8
Some babies do not crawl and straight go to standing up and walking.
If your babies is otherwise growing normally and has been evaluated by your pediatician, then i will suggest you just wait and watch thats all you can do and soon you will see your baby walking even if he or she does not learn to crawl.

In brief: Be patient
The reciprical movements of crawling are those needed for walking & some babies crawl the same week they stand & begin to cruise.
Tummy time is helpful for upper arm strength but doesn't speed up the sequential pattern of nerve development. It will come on line when it is ready.
