I have been told my heart electrical system does not work right. Had ep and tilt tab test could not fix with ep. Have had two synope with injury since what next?

Depends. Your doctor would need to review the specific test results. Vasovagal syncope (fainting) can occur even with a negative tilt test. An implanted loop monitor may be helpful to figure things out, it is a device that can be inserted under the skin and records the heart rhythm. It stores episodes of slow or fast heart rate automatically, and the patient can manually store the rhythm after syncope.
Diagnosis? What diagnosis were you given? Syncope is usually neuro- (brain) cardio- (heart) genic... Have you only seen cardiologists? What was wrong with your heart? Need more information.
