In brief: No restrictions

According to 2015 Dietary guidelines Advisory Committee( DGAC ) advocated revision to the decades old guidelines about cholesterol consumption.
Yhe group suggested that cholesterol in diet is of no nutrient of concern. As only10 percent of body cholesterol comes from good and90 percent is made in liver.there is no danger in consuming eggs, shrimp and lobster. You can eat egg daily without any worry

In brief: Egg yolks.

While the whites of the egg contains protein, the yolk contains fat so limiting the yolks at least would be helpful.
If you have trouble separating the white from the yolk, shoot for no more than three whole eggs weekly. Recommendations always bounce around about this, but the fewer the better.

In brief: Honestly, not sure.

I love omelets and soft scrambled eggs.
I have a major lipid disorders for which i take 2 meds. My spouse insists every egg is bad for me (vacations i get away with it). Studies? They can say eating none is best, no effect if have 2 daily, weekend eggs as bad as daily eggs. Egg whites--all protein. Egg yolk-cholesterol, but probably not utilized in bad way in body. Who knows. Moderation.
