Is it good to use a little peroxide mixed with water after teeth scaling for swollen gums few times a day to help healing and kill gum disease?

In brief: Will help a little

The diluted peroxide will keep bacterial levels down, which will obviously help with the healing.
Too much use, however, can irritated the tender tissues even more. You are under the care of your own dentist who knows your situation best... It's better to ask him/her for their input since they are treating you.

Also make sure to brush your tongue after using it. In some cases it can cause a brownish discoloration that is temporary.

If pockets are 4 mm or deep peroxide will not work all you my be doing is causing more problem and may be tooth loss in long run. There is always a cause of your problem. Can not be diagnosed on internet. Please consult your dentist or periodontist. Thanks. Good luck.

In brief: Not a bad idea

Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizing agent that releases oxygen into your mouth when you rinse.
The oxygen is a good boost for healing and there are over the counter h2o2 solutions you can buy that are flavored are more pleasant to use. It will not kill the gum disease, your dentist will start your care and will do that by following your dentist's instructions after treatment.

In brief: No

You could do a lot better with an antiseptic mouthrinse like listerine.
