I have a pimple on the lip me my vagina. Is this serious?

CYST. Lumps in 'pelvic area' are common. A sweat gland can become clogged forming a sebaceous cyst. These cysts can become infected and painful. If the 'lump' is toward the bottom of the vagina--you could have a bartholins cyst (another 'blocked gland'). Another cause of 'lumps' is a lymph node. The concern here: a possible std --so it best to get seen by your gyn/primary care. Hope you are better!
