Neck pain behind my ear that radiates to my shoulder is it sign of stroke or hert attack? Had normal 2d echo, ecg, threadmill stresstest, endoscopy, xray

Not likely. I would start with your primary care physician for an examination of your ear, nose, and throat. He or she may recommend additional imaging to diagnose you.
Not likely. The heart attack pain that radiates to left arm or shoulder originates anterior , not from behind the ear. Stroke is often painless and there is functional transient disturbance that sometimes precedes it. Any tingling or numbness? Could it be muscle tension? Ear infection? Swollen glands?
