Off/on for past year+ i've been fighting an itchy rash on my butt (btwn chks). It comes/go. Recently I have had other symp-hair loss, rash on back of neck, behind knees. I have hypo thyroid. What cause?

Hypothyroidis even uncorrected would unlikely to cause the skin lesions you described.
I think at this time you need to have a work up to rule out other autoimmune diseases. Also, seeing a dermatologist would be helpful.
