Depends on why? You have to find out why you have stomach pain? Masking the pain with a pain pill might not be a good idea because you could miss something serious/dangerous.
Depends on cause. Many stomach aches will get better on their own with time. Gas pain, gallstone pain, reflux etc may last for 20 min to a couple hours and then resolve. Acid diseases (gastritis, gerd,) may be temporarily relieved by Tums (calcium carbonate) etc. Any stomach ache that lasts longer than 3-4 hours or doesn't resolve with over the counter meds should be evaluated by your md.

How do I get rid of a stomach ache I have had this for about 4 days and in those four days I have thrown up 5 times I have somewhere important to be tomarrow and I cannot miss it
Hello.. Hello. No guarantees. Try nibbling on crystalized ginger. Or drink slightly flattened ginger ale. Or you can make fresh ginger tea - steep freshly sliced organic ginger slices in boiling water for at least 5 minutes and sip. Hope your GI tract feels better soon.
