In brief: Professional whiteni

You will probably need professional teeth whitenings, may take few sessions together with at home teeth whitening.

In brief: Electric toothbrush

Very effective way to clean stains because it does a better job of cleaning off plaque/tartar than a manual toothbrush.
Rinse mouth w water after drinking tea.Brush/floss daily to remove plaque build up between teeth staining the edges.Old - fashioned baking soda/salt made into paste, brush it on teeth twice weekly, can remove stains.Use whitening toothpaste.

In brief: Discoloration

Tea stained teeth are temporary discoloration that can be taken cared of by the dentist.
Unlike staining caused by some drugs like tetracycline among young kids which are permanent.
