In brief: Immune status

Ordering measles antibodies through blood testing will determine if you have had measles.
The IgM titer will reveal a recent infection; the IgG titer will reveal past infection and immunity.

The question is not clear. Is the confirmation test of current infection or previous infection? If the pt got vaccine before the pregnancy, IgG will also be positive.

In brief: Viral culture

Ig m is an easy test for screening.
Rt-pcr may also be used for confirmation.
