In brief: Possibly

There are several possible causes for your severe flank pain.
None of them can be diagnosed using health tap. Ease see a doctor asap.

In brief: Possibly

Flank pain is gebnerally a sign of kidney stone disease.
However, other organs in that area may mimic the discomfort/pain as well. Other causes of flank pain include any obstructive type of process that blocks the urine flow out of the kidney such as blood clots, tumors, or stones or a kidney infection (pyelonephritis). Unbearable flank pain needs to be evaluated to identify the cause of the pain.
