In brief: Likely viral illness

Most frequent infections encounter by human are viral and very few have specific treatments--herpes, hiv, hepatitis b/c, and maybe cytomegalovirus--the vast majority/remainder of illnesses cannot be treated, just treating the symptoms.
Fever/body aches are often relieved by motrin/tylenol etc... If headaches/sensitivity to light, nausea/vomitting occur, should get treatment. Consult doc. Good luck.
