In brief: No idea
Anything is possible.
"food poisoning" is a very general term and may cover numerous illnesses. What did you eat and when? Who else ate the same foods and are they ill? Do you have any GI symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain). Need more info.

Dizziness can be due to so many things, such as an inner ear problem or benign vertigo. If you aren't nauseated and vomiting, you probably don't have food poisoning.

In brief: Dizzy
Food poisoning presents with gastrointestinal symptoms like vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal cramps and in some cases fever.
If ypu do not have any of those symptoms, you do not have food poisoning. You need to see a doctor, sudden onset of dizzuness can be from mny causes and you need an exam and if indicated some tests, loke blood, ekg etc.So see your doctor.
