In brief: Yes

Endometriosis grows in the presence of estrogen.
If a person is taking estrogen or has to much estrogen in her diet , or is producing estrogen in her body--endometriosis may continue to be active.

In brief: Endometriosis

Postmenopausal endometriosis is extremely rare but has been recorded.
It is usually seen in patients who had endometriosis before menopause and can be "activated" by hormonal changes, especially anything which increases estrogen levels. That could be external such as medication.
