In brief: NO

Echocardiography can tell a lot about heart function, valvular function and motion, it can also tell about fluid around the heart .
But it may not tell exactly about narrowing or the coronary arteries as well as completely diagnosed congenital heart disease and grade of the shunt.

In brief: No

Among other things, it shows chamber sizes, thickness, and function and it shows valves' structure and function.
It doesn't show blocked arteries, heart rhythm disturbances, or exercise physiology. It's strength is that it's relatively inexpensive, is non-invasive, uses no radiation, and can be repeated serially without harm. Stress tests, holter, mri, ct, angiography also can help.
