Depending on how early the ultrasound was done.
It is impossible to tell from the early ultrasounds and even some of the later ultrasounds do not show downs syndrome. If the Alpha feta protein level drawn is high the odds are higher that you might have a down's baby. Chorionic villous sampling chromosomes is the only way to know for sure prior to birth.
