Are there any non-surgical breast reduction methods?

No good methods. Other than weight loss there are no consistent methods for no -surgical breast reduction. Hormone blocking medications have not indicated for this. Liposuction offers a minimally invasive approach.
Non-sx reduction. Technically, there is no non-surgical reduction method but liposuction can be used to reduce fatty breasts which have minimal droop using small puncture holes instead of the larger reduction scars previously discussed. The patient must wear a bra for several weeks to support the breast as it shrinks. Not many women meet the conditions to be satisfied with this procedure.
Not many. Unfortunately there are not many alternatives. The easiest way if you are a candidate would be to perform liposuction which will minimize the scarring and recovery time. Not many are candidates for this procedure.
Yes. Go on diet, join a gym that is ' non surgical breast reduction' that will alter adipose tissue distribution rest of the body also.
No. There are no effective “nonsurgical” ways to reduce breast size. On the other hand, for the appropriately selected patient, breast reduction surgery is one of the most patient pleasing operations we perform. For the rare patient, liposuction surgery may be effective but keep in mind that this is also a surgical procedure and is associated with its own set of risk/complications also. Best wishes.
Nothing good. Weight loss helps some women. If your breast size doesn't change with weight loss (> 20 lbs), then the next step is to consider surgical breast reduction.
Scarless Reduction. Scarless breast reduction is a surgical liposuction procedure which is an alternative to the more invasive breast reduction surgery. Liposuction is completed through 2-4 mm puncture access ports. Fat reduction of the breast can lead to shape change and reduction in the size of the breast. Consider cosmetic surgery review by a surgeon who offers liposuction "scarless" breast reduction.
