In brief: See a Doctor
If you have confirmed rheumatoid arthritis and yet you still have symptoms of swollen and inflamed joints with this treatment after 3 months then you should maybe see your physician for new treatment options.
Sulfazine has been shown effective 1-3 months of use. Kineret (anakinra) is an il-1 inhibitor to reduce the immune response. Walking around while experiencing these symptoms may exasperate them.

In brief: Other meds
Stills disease can be difficult to treat.
I have successfuly treated such patients with medications such as prednsione, methotrexate, and imuran. In the past decade I have used more Enbrel and Remicade (infliximab) with very good results. Most agents like Enbrel and Remicade (infliximab) should help. I personally dont use much kineret. Exercise is still important and you are not damaging your joints further and should help.
