I'm 23 days late and not pregnant. I have the usual pms, but nothing else happens. What could cause this?

Last 1-8 days. If no menses in 2 months and not pregnant, see doctor. Infection-std, thyroid disease, menopause, premature menopause, prior use of depo shot, iud, anemia, obesity-polycystic ovarian ds, diabetes, stress & many other conditions may cause irregular period.
