In brief: Long time no result
Three yrs too long to not be successful.
Get help and rei preferred. You need a diagnosis and review of plan. Serophene (clomiphene) is a good drug but limited value at 3yrs infertile (judgement wo data by me). Make sure you get monitoring for max results with serophene (clomiphene). Add IUI if not done yet. We have really good results if you can use ivf when appropriate. Costs are more manageable than ever. Best wishes.

In brief: Get evaluated
Three years is too long trying no matter what your age - see a reproductive endocrinologist to check out your egg supply (ovarian reserve), hormones, your uterus and tubes, and your bf's sperm.
Serophene (clomiphene) is the same as Clomid but i would not advise getting fertility drugs from outside the us as they may be improperly stored, expired or even counterfeit - this applies even more to injectable meds.
